Privacy Policy of the Sawai Group in Japan
Sawai Group Holdings Co., Ltd. and its Japanese subsidiaries Sawai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Medisa Shinyaku Inc., Kaken Shoyaku Co., Ltd., and Trust Pharmatech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Sawai Group in Japan”) have a policy on the appropriate handling of personal information that is carried out in the following manner.

(This includes information identifiable to an individual because the Sawai Group in Japan combines it with other information it possesses.)

The Sawai Group in Japan complies with applicable laws and regulations on personal information, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other norms, and related guidelines. It also complies with this Privacy Policy in the handling of personal information.

The Sawai Group in Japan shall safely manage all personal information that may come to its knowledge in the course of its business and shall take necessary and appropriate safety management measures to prevent unauthorized access, damage, loss, alteration, leakage, etc. We will also conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of employees, contractors and subcontractors handling personal information.
